I guess I should have kneaded them longer. Also think I would have been better off making ten instead of the recipes dozen. Live and learn. They are still so very yummy.
I also made The Garden Spread, a tofu-cashew-herby goodness. It made alot and may just be on a lot of sandwiches to come. No complaint here! Both recipes are from Vegan Brunch. Oh the yum!
Ok, I know, More food, what about the knitting. I don't really know. I've been knitting about the same. Nothing seems to be happening. I'm in some permanent state of knitting black hole. Where I knit and knit and nothing seems to happen.
