Tonight for dinner we had Black Bean and Corn Enchiladas. Then Strawberry Corn Muffins for dessert. Yum! I got a lot done today and am very pleased with myself. I got rid of baby clothes made muffins and a yummy dinner and did a ton of laundry! Unfortunately very little knitting got done. I was really hoping to finish baby hat #3. Little bug did a lot of playing too. Somehow getting a lot done doesn't mean you end up with a clean apartment. hmmmm?
