There is one apple left. Wow that's a lot of cooking. Four cans of apple butter a bunch of apple sauce. Apple Muffins to share with our friends at the play date on Friday. 
Today I made the Apple-Peanut Butter-Caramel Bars I think the name says it all. And to show that apples aren't just for sweets I show you the Delicata stuffed with Curried Apples and Couscous. You see apples have range. They can be anything or in anything you want. yum.
