This time we mean it about being spring. Woo has it gotten warm. Perfect for light buttery (ok I used margarine) lavender shortbread. Oh yes. You read that right. And Yum. Like a buttery flower melting in your mouth. This was one of the cookies in the Cookie A. Sock Club this month. Along with this beautiful lavender yarn. I swear the yarn should smell like the cookies. All so pretty. I got to use dried lavender from our garden. The lavender I sometimes stick into hexipuffs. I'm pretty sure I'll be knitting the other pattern as soon as I finish these socks. And the other cookies are tripley chocolate and will be perfect medicine.
